If you have not been established as an approved broker company with Direct Mortgage Wholesale - Submit an Online Broker Application.

 Read First! Important Instructions.

Initiate the online broker application by submitting your email address. You will be sent an email containing a link to the online application form and an attachment of documents that need to be signed. |

Sign the attached broker forms (one form needs to be notarized) and scan into one pdf file. |

Use the link you receive by email to go to the online application form. Completely fill out the form. There will be a place on the form for you to upload the documents you have signed. Allow up to 30 days for your application to be reviewed. |

Important: All supporting documents must be uploaded with the initial application in order for your application to be approved. DO NOT send missing documents by email or snail mail at a later time. Instead, you are welcome to resubmit online once you have all required documentation. |

Continue using Direct Mortgage and enjoy "successful loan closings" and "happy, satisfied borrowers". |
Tips For A Smooth Approval Process:
- Download the "Broker Signature Documents" package, sign the forms, and upload as part of the online application form.
- Submit all documents in support of your application at the beginning of the process, just as you would submit a full loan file. This prevents the need for additional phone calls and speeds up your approval.
- If the business is less than 3 years old, attach resumes of all owners/principals/partners/managers
- If Sole Proprietor or Partnership, 2 years tax returns
- 3 References with other wholesale lenders
- Include name, address, and phone
- Copy of state licenses
- Articles of Incorporation
- Certification for any DBA
- Copy of Errors and Omissions policy and/or copy of paid bond (as required by state law)
- FHA Approval Letter
- VA Approval Letter
- Verify AE info for your references before you send them to us. If you can’t reach the AE, then we probably won’t be able to either.
- Enter information for all employees who will need access to our software. **Each person MUST have a unique login**
- After entering information about the Principal and clicking the blue "Add Principal" button, select the "Add Employee" radio button.
- Add informaton about the employee and click the blue "Add Employee" button.
- Repeat for each person who will be accessing the DirectWare® software.
- If you have more than ten employees needing logins, please contact brokerapproval@directcorp.com.
- Double check that all required information is provided
